  I have been coming here for several years, I don't go to the doctors much, but when I do I come here. I even have free visits with Premier Medical through Medicare, but I prefer to come to these doctors, Dr. Adam Santos, Dr. John Santos and Dr. Bard are the best!! So personable, they make you feel right at ease and they are highly skilled. I had a somewhat rare tumor on the top of my head and went over to the Brownwood office to have Dr. Adam Santos remove it. Dr. Bard had removed another one a year or so ago. Both of these men did an EXCELLENT job. I have always received the best of care, I have a rare skin condition and Dr. John Santos listened to me when no one else would and helped me to figure out what would help me when several specialists over the years just threw me to the wayside. I have no idea why there are negative reviews here, but it is very difficult to run a busy office and keeping up must be challenging at times for the staff, and if anything, we should be grateful and patient an understanding. While I was sitting in the room waiting for Dr. Santos to come in, another patient was roaming the floors and complaining about not being seen. He wasn't even waiting very long!! Another lady joined in the complaining. Then I heard Dr. Santos go into his room and the complaining stopped like he never said anything to anyone. I have noticed a lot of people who live in The Villages tend to be very impatient and have an attitude of entitlement. Well they should just go to their primary physicians that Medicare provides for them. Urgent Care is a lot easier to go to, that's why I go, so folks, look at the good and stop complaining. I have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT care from staff and desk staff. They have a difficult job and people are always complaining instead of being grateful for their help.
